Why prices differ between brands
The implant brand is not a luxury label. It reflects:
– Research history: how many years and how many cases of clinical data support the design.
– Connection geometry : affects long-term seal against bacteria.
– Surface treatment : affects healing speed.
– Global service network : whether a dentist in Paris, London, or Bucharest can find spare parts in 15 years.
Korean systems are excellent for straightforward cases with good bone. European systems are the most common choice and have strong evidence. Swiss/Swedish premium systems make sense in compromised bone, immediate loading, or aesthetic anterior cases, situations where survival margin matters.

Why you should ignore “from €300” headlines
From €300″ is usually:
– An unbranded or budget-economy implant, with no crown.
– Surgery only, with prosthetics priced separately later.
– A single-implant calculation that vanishes when you actually need a graft or a sinus lift.
We see the consequences of these quotes when patients arrive having paid for “All-on-4” elsewhere and discover the bridge was acrylic, the brand was undisclosed, and there is no implant passport. We will not quote that way.

Currency payements & quote validity
We quote in EUR. Your quote is valid 60 days. We do not move the price during that window if the lira moves. If you choose to pay in TRY or USD, the quote is converted at the day-of-payment rate; the EUR figure does not change.

Savings are real on full-arch cases. On single implants, savings exist but are smaller, and the case should still be done well, not done cheaply.

3. We send a written, itemised plan in EUR.

Why are implants cheaper in Turkey?
Labour, lab work, and overhead costs are lower; tax structure on private healthcare is different; the lira’s exchange rate against EUR/GBP/USD compounds the difference. The implants and materials themselves cost the clinic the same anywhere, they are imported global products.
Are cheap implants in Turkey safe?
Cheap cases can be unsafe anywhere. Inexpensive implants (Korean economy systems) are safe when correctly indicated. Watch the case, not the country.
Does the price include the crown?
At İnci Diş, yes – the crown or full-arch prosthesis is part of the quoted treatment as defined in your plan. We separate add-ons (grafts, sinus lifts, sedation) explicitly.
Can I get a fixed quote before I fly?
Yes – once we have your CBCT. A panoramic X-ray is enough for an initial quote; a CBCT is needed before surgery is finalised.
What if my case turns out to be more complex than expected?
We tell you before you fly. We do not surprise patients with on-arrival upgrades. If something genuinely changes – for example, a tooth that looked restorable on the panoramic turns out to need extraction on CBCT – we explain it, write it up, and you decide.
